Commercial Gas Engineer required to cover commercial sites, on a mobile basis, in the Cornwall area
To carry out HVAC Planned (PPMs) and Reactive works M&E repairs and able to carry out minor projects/installations.
PPM's to set HVAC engineering standards in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act requirements
Respond to Reactive Works to include all Mechanical, Electrical, various plumbing tasks and minor fabric issues.
Adhering to out of hours call out rota.
Providing engineering condition reports, quotations and timely completion of paperwork
Technical understanding of manufacturer’s instructions & technical literature.
IT literate with an understanding of Service level Agreements
Essential:
ACS in Domestic & Commercial Gas with elements.
Oil OFTEC servicing.
Plumbing tasks, Toilet repairs, water heater repairs etc.
Small General fabric repairsDesirable but not essential
IPAF, PASMA, Unvented hot water systems, OIL/ OFTEC, AC (FGAS), HETAS, BS7671 18th Edition, Minor building/fabric items; controls/BMS as requested when necessary.

Salary is 40,000 - 41,000 basic per annum
Basic hras: 40 hours a week (08:00 – 17:00),
Up to 21 Annual Holidays + Bank Holidays (increases to 25 on a stepped basis after 2 years)
Van with private use (Paid)
Stand-by Allowance & Overtime to meet the needs of the Business, 1 week in 5 with £105 per week standby allowance.
