We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Clubhouse Bar Shift Leader to support the Clubhouse Supervisor and Bar Manager in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the bar, leading by example to ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for opening and closing the bar, ensuring procedures are followed and standards are maintained Provide excellent service to all members and guests, handling requests with care and professionalism. Support the Supervisor and Bar Manager by encouraging upselling within the team and assisting in managing operating costs. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Set up and maintain food and beverage service areas to the highest standards. Lead and motivate team members during shifts to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Assist in setting up and supervising events and functions held at the clubhouse. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, lead, and motivate a team. A proactive and positive approach to work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Good knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
