Project Coordinator
Based 5 days a week in Westminster (full-time)
Initial 6-12 month contract which may switch perm
Construction industry experience needed
Day to day duties:
* Coordinate and oversee all on-site operational processes
* Conduct health and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations
* Facilitate site inductions and routine site inspections
* Manage project documentation, ensuring all drawings and records are accurately stored and maintained
* Administer and monitor compliance processes across projects
* Upload and manage labour acquisition records
* Create security access passes and coordinate project induction setups
* Review and manage incoming timesheets for accuracy and approval
* Order project materials and process supplier invoices
