Requirements:
1. Significant Cex/Dex trading experience
2. Expert-level understanding of MEV
3. Guru-level understanding of Defi
4. Well-versed in blockchain fundamentals, JSON-RPC, MEV, Solidity, Solana
Desirable:
5. Expert Rust programming
6. Available to start immediately
7. Experience working with trading strategies as a quant dev, both in research (Python) and on the engine/runtime
8. Expertise in developing low-latency applications, particularly in the microseconds-to-milliseconds range (nanoseconds are not required)
9. Comfortable with AWS
