We are currently supporting a secondary school in Lincolnshire seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed Design & Technology Teacher for a permanent position starting in September 2025. The successful candidate will join a well-resourced DT department and contribute to delivering engaging and purposeful lessons across a range of material areas, helping students develop valuable technical and problem-solving skills.

* Location: Lincolnshire (commutable from Boston, Sleaford, and Spalding)
* Start Date: September 2025
* Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
* Salary: MPS/UPS (£31,350 – £47,839), dependent on experience
Candidate Profile:
* Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Confident teaching DT at Key Stages 3 and 4 (experience with Resistant Materials or Engineering desirable)
* Passionate about hands-on, skills-based education
* Committed to creating an inclusive and inspiring classroom environment
* Brings strong organisational skills and a collaborative attitude
