Key Responsibilities a. Lead and manage a full-time Assistant Manager and multiple Casual Coaches who form the wrap-around care team, including staff rotas, training, development and performance management. b. Responsible for delivering the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) c. Oversee the daily operations for the wraparound care provision, including planning activities, managing attendance and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment. d. Ensure the operation is compliant with the schools policies and procedures relating to child protection, safeguarding and health and safety. e. Ensure the service meets Ofsted’s and any other regulatory body requirements f. Provide excellent customer service to the children, their parents, guardian and carers g.
