Service Desk Analyst We're seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our London-based IT team, supporting users across our London and Amsterdam offices. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line support, manage helpdesk tickets, assist with desktop deployments, and help maintain our IT infrastructure.
