Sales Quality Analyst (PMI) Location: Bournemouth (Remote working available if desired)
Brown & Brown Employee Benefits are eagerly looking to recruit a Sales Quality Analyst to join our Compliance team.
You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all their processes are in line with requirements and provide good customer outcomes.
In addition to reviewing files, in accordance with the PCH T&C scheme, you will be responsible for assisting with monitoring employees’ adherence to required training & competency requirements, providing detailed management information to the Compliance & Conduct Manager as well as feeding performance back to all advisers.

Monitoring and assessing advisers via file checking and call listening and identify any training needs
Provide feedback and training where required
Assist in the monitoring and reporting results of the PCH T&C scheme
Advise and keep up to date the Compliance & Conduct Manager on all matters relating to compliance performance by the sales team
Previous compliance, call monitoring or sales quality analysis experience is required to be considered for this role, ideally from an insurance background.
