About Our Growth Product Team We’re looking for a Web Analyst excited to help build the bank of the future. You’ll have the opportunity to optimise the website and help us build a bank that customers truly love. At Monzo, we’re building a bank that is fair, transparent and a delight to use. We’ve got over 11 million customers in the UK, and more than 80% of our growth comes from word of mouth and referrals. We have a strong culture of data-driven decision making and real-time analytics that empower the wider business.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will work with data scientists, analysts, analytics engineers, product managers and engineers to power our website. Our key goal is increasing volume while maintaining quality.
Your Day-to-Day
* Capture all important user actions on our website, turn this data into reports and dashboards highlighting metrics such as website visits, sales, user engagement and path performance.
* Protect and ensure the accuracy of our web analytics data by working with engineers to set up tracking correctly and fix issues quickly.
* Keep tracking plans and data definitions tidy and up-to-date.
* Apply advanced data skills to understand organic search performance and translate insights to improve content, site tech and link-building for better search results.
* Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate with marketing and product teams on data-driven projects.
* Stay on top of new trends in web analytics to keep us ahead.
How We Work
Our main tech hub is in London, but our data teams are based across the UK. We value flexibility and wellbeing; you’ll have the freedom to work where you’re most productive, with optional in-person meetings.
You should be comfortable with flexible hours and a focus on delivering results that matter to your team and customers.

The Interview Process
Our interview process includes four stages: Recruiter call, Initial call, Take-home task, and Final stage (two interviews) with a case study and behavioural interview. Our average process takes around 3–4 weeks, but we’ll work around your availability.
What’s In It For You
Salary: £57,000 to £78,000 + benefits. Visa sponsorship available. Role can be based in London or distributed within the UK with some London meetings. Flexible hours and a learning budget of £1,000 per year for books, training and conferences. And more benefits available.
