National Sales Manager – UK Launch

We're looking for a commercially sharp and driven National Sales Manager to lead UK sales for our nicotine, caffeine, and energy pouch brands — one of the fastest-growing FMCG categories in the UK. This is a rare opportunity to join at Day 1 and shape the retail success of brands designed for 18+ Gen Z and Millennial consumers.
What You'll Do
* Build and lead the UK sales effort across wholesale, convenience, and retail channels
* Manage our third-party sales force and scale up a nationwide rep team
* Set commercial strategy and deliver sales targets to drive nationwide availability
* Secure and grow distribution at both national and regional levels
* Build strong relationships with key retail groups, wholesalers, and field partners
* Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and report to leadership
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure execution excellence
What You Bring - A proven track record in FMCG sales in independent channels, account management, and stakeholder engagement
* Strong team leadership skills — ideally, you’ve built or scaled a team from the ground up
* Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
* A hands-on mindset and comfort with fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings
* Passion for disruptive, consumer-led brands
* Experience in tobacco, drinks, or lifestyle categories is a strong plus
