Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/5 or above, including Mathematics, English and a Science, Technology or Engineering related subject, or 90+ credits in an Engineering BTEC at Level 3.
* A genuine interest in electronics, engineering, or diagnostics.
* Good attention to detail and a logical, methodical approach to tasks.
* Willingness to learn, ask questions, and solve problems.
* Reliable, organised, and able to work safely and effectively.
