The Role
* Generate and develop new business opportunities across HR, Talent, Learning & Development, and Leadership functions
* Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound sales activity
* Engage and influence senior decision-makers including HR Directors, Heads of Talent and Learning Leaders
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close
* Deliver engaging virtual programme overviews and commercial discussions
* Consistently exceed revenue and activity targets
About You
* Proven success in a Business Development, New Business or Sales role
* Strong outbound sales and pipeline generation experience
* Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
* Highly motivated, resilient and target-driven
* Experience within Leadership Development, Learning & Development, HR Technology, SaaS or professional services would be advantageous
