The Role Customer Service Coordinator Were seeking an enthusiastic and organised Customer Services professional Coordinator to support our Operations and Project Management teams. This is a pivotal role that ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish from scheduling and procurement to documentation and communication. Youll work closely with the Project Manager and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Scheduling Assist with managing projects from order to completion. Schedule surveys, installations, and service visits, ensuring accuracy and communication with all parties. Update client portals, CRM systems, and internal schedules. Administration & Financial Support Prepare quotations and purchase orders. Verify supplier and subcontractor invoices; assist with billing and reporting. Track budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones. Customer & Supplier Communication Liaise with clients, suppliers, and engineers to maintain clear and timely communication.
