The Systems Strategy Manager is responsible for the operational management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Onboarding, Credit Lending, and other operational systems. The role ensures all relevant systems, and associated strategies, are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business, regulatory, and operational requirements, supporting end-to-end credit operations. Acting as a key liaison between operational teams, the principle technology partner, and stakeholders, the role drives system enhancements, backlog prioritisation, issue resolution, and process improvements to deliver consistent, high-quality service and measurable business value.

2. Deliver projects and system enhancements, acting as key liaison with principal technology partner
3. Support operational resilience, compliance, and risk management
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and foster knowledge sharing
5. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
* Experience managing and delivering business-critical systems, ideally in financial services or credit operations.
* Strong understanding of Onboarding, Credit Lending, and other operational/credit lifecycle systems.
* Experience with system upgrades, integrations, and backlog management in partnership with a principal technology provider.
* Knowledge of regulatory and governance requirements relevant to credit operations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and system reports.
* Project and change management skills, including coordinating multiple initiatives and dependencies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across operational teams and technology partners.
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
* Collaborative mindset with experience working with Technology, Operations, and Risk teams.

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
