Cornwall Health Library provides high‑quality information services and resources to healthcare staff and students across Cornwall. We are seeking a new colleague—qualified in librarianship or with relevant experience—to help continue delivering an outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a pro‑active, responsive, and high‑quality library service to staff and students of the University of Exeter Medical School.
* Provide library inductions and teach effective search skills to university staff and students.
* Support wider NHS organisations and the University of Plymouth School of Nursing and Midwifery across Cornwall by retrieving high‑quality evidence from a range of information sources to inform patient care, service improvement and research.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Qualified in librarianship or possess relevant experience.
* Skilled, confident, compassionate, and forward‑thinking with a commitment to professional development.
* Will be based at Cornwall Health Library, Treliske site in Truro.
* Post commences from or after May 2026.
