Residential Support Workers requiredto work alongside our client the Belfast Trust, these posts are based in Children and young people residential homes in Belfast. This position requires the successful candidate to havepreviousexperience supporting children and young people with complex needs including challenging behaviour. This role also requires the staff member to have the ability to build strong relationships whilstmaintainingboundaries with the children / young people. As a contracted supplier for the Belfast Trust, these positions are all temporary ongoing. Hours of work are on a rota basis with weekends on rotation. Hourly rate is £13.57 - £21.71 depending on shift worked, with sleepover rates available at £75.00. Due to the nature of this role, a Minimum of 1 Years recent experience of engaging with young people with a learning disability or behaviours that challenge. Successful candidates must be NISCC registered, hold CPI Training and have a full driving licence valid for the UK with business insurance, and access to a car, as travel is essential. Enhanced Access NI Check will be completed prior to start date.
