Complex Care Nurse Case Manager - Adults Huddersfield/Yorkshire /Field Based £36-38k plus bonuses Full Time We are actively recruiting for a leading complex care provider who are looking for a Complex Care Nurse Case Manager to join their team covering HuddersfieldYorkshire area. We are looking for nurses with a background within invasive and non-invasive ventilation with experience with either paediatric or adult patients. This caseload is for adult patients but we are open to nurse with either qualfication. Joining this large community complex care provider, you will be responsible for overseeing a clinical caseload of around 12 clients from home and leading and training a team of support workers in the delivery of paeds complex care packages within the community.
