This is an excellent opportunity for a Geography ECT looking to build confidence in delivering KS3–KS4 with structured support and high-quality teaching resources. The successful ECT will follow a carefully planned induction process, including team planning sessions, observation opportunities, and training on classroom routines, curriculum sequencing and assessment.

This 11–18 comprehensive school serves around 1,300 students and is well regarded for its strong Humanities outcomes and enrichment programmes.
