* DEBURRING AND GENERAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES
Jacquet UK are one of the largest processors of stainless steel and high value metals in the UK. Using methods such as Laser, Plasma, Waterjet and Saw cutting.

Monday - Friday
The main purpose of the role is to ensure material is deburred and materials are packed ready for despatch. Whilst ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
Current Fork Lift License, Overhead Crane License and Manual Handling Training would be preferred but training will be provided to the right candidate.
* Under direct supervision of our warehouse supervisor, the main duties of the role will include: Inspect equipment at the start of each shift to ensure it is safe for them to use. All defects will be logged and reported.
* Use of overhead cranes, forklift and lifting equipment in a safe manner and in line with safe operating procedures ensuring that health and safety is adhered to at all times and manual handling regulations are followed at all times.
* In due course you will be trained in operating the various machines, to include Laser Machines, CNC plate saws, bandsaws, waterjet and plate cutting machines.
Training and on occasions holiday cover maybe required during our day working hours, Monday to Friday. This will be kept to a minimum. The first 4 weeks of employment will be required on days to familiarise yourself with your role and receive the necessary training.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse and machine operating experience and have a sound knowledge of manual handling, and be able to prioritise workloads.
