ABOUT KENZO:
The fashion house of KENZO was started in 1970 as Jungle Jap, a boutique in Paris at Galerie Vivienne where the founder Kenzo Takada, sold his handmade women's collection. In 1993, KENZO joined the LVMH Group. In 1999, KENZO marked its 30th anniversary and the retirement of its Artistic Director Kenzo Takada. In July 2011, Carol Lim & Humberto Leon, founders of the OPENING CEREMONY fashion retail stores and private label collection were appointed Creative Directors of KENZO. Using the brand’s DNA, the duo have given KENZO their take on the revolutionary spirit with which the brand was founded. In July 2012, Humberto and Carol reintroduced the jungle to the KENZO brand. Today, with Carol and Humberto's passion for spontaneity and fun, KENZO has a fresh attitude with respect for the heritage of the brand.
As a Supervisor for KENZO store in Bicester, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively motivating the team to maximise profitable sales whilst ensuring KPI’s and guidelines are delivered. To run and operate an efficient store which represents the Keno’s brand image.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
B rand Ambassador
1. Excite and install passion and pride for the brand
2. Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
3. Lead by example and demonstrate role model behaviour that is always representative of the brand adhering to the dress codes and appearance guidelines
General Store VM/ Client Management
4. Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image
5. Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey
Sales/ Business Monitoring
6. Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable in the environment and educate them about the brand
7. Build and maintain a relationship with them
8. Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your client and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets
9. Process the sale in a confident and professional manner
10. Gather the client’s CRM details to enlarge your client book
11. Drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends
12. Update yourself on all product lines through research
13. Ensure all Company policies and procedures are attended
14. Support control and management of stock
Team Management/ Back Office
15. Lead the team through morning briefings, objective setting, training and direct coaching together with the UK Retail Manager
16. Create a team spirit whilst managing, motivating and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
17. Ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
18. Instruct and supervise staff in the correct execution of operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, product returns
19. Evaluate the performance of each Sales Associate and provide constant feedback to ensure results Responsible for the day to day needs of the business and administration
Qualifications
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE:
20. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
21. Experience in selling RTW / LG
22. Passion for fashion and sales
23. A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets whilst focusing on the client’s needs and experience
24. Excellent personal presentation – a KENZO Brand Ambassador
25. Understanding of Retail KPIs
26. A fluent level in English is essential and additional languages are an advantage
