Quantity Surveyor - Hotels & Serviced Apartments
£300-£350 p/d
London (Head Office in Central London)
We're working with a leading contractor specialising in high-quality hotel and serviced apartment projects across London and the South East. They're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a long term freelance basis, supporting a range of fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment schemes.
You'll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, from initial costing through to final accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the commercial team in managing project budgets, cost control, and reporting
Prepare cost estimates, valuations, and final accounts
Oversee procurement and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company and client requirements
Provide accurate financial forecasts and contribute to commercial strategy meetings
Support project delivery teams to ensure value for money and project efficiency
About You:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out and refurbishment sectors (residential, commercial, or hospitality)
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contracts (JCT experience preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
