Sales Administrator – Permanent
Location: Papworth
Pay: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, fully onsite + 1 Sat per month
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis, starting immediately.
In this varied role, you'll play a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly from processing orders to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage administrative duties and customer queries
* Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
* Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch
* Handle phone and email enquiries swiftly and accurately
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Previous administrative or office experience preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency with basic IT systems (Microsoft Office, data entry)
* Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks
Schedule:
* 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
* One Saturday per month
* 8:30am – 5pm (Includes 30 mins lunch break, timing is flexible)
