Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Model-Based Systems Requirements Engineer to support complex engineering projects within the UK Defence, Aerospace or Automotive domains. You will play a key part in developing, analysing, and managing model‑based requirements across the full systems lifecycle.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
* Capture, define, validate, and manage system requirements
* Develop and maintain MBSE models and architecture
* Support system integration, verification, and validation activities
* Work closely with engineering teams to ensure traceability and compliance with standards
* Produce technical documentation to support design reviews and audits
Qualifications
* Degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics or related discipline
* Strong background in MBSE and requirements management
* Hands‑on experience with at least one of: Enterprise Architect, Cameo, or IBM Jazz (e.g., DOORS Next, Team Concert)
* Experience in Defence, Aerospace or Automotive environments
* Understanding of systems engineering standards and methodologies (e.g., INCOSE)
Security Clearance
This role requires or may require Security Clearance. Candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard during onboarding. Details can be found on Gov.UK.
