Ryan has an immediate requirement for a Data Extraction Analyst to join our Data team on a temporary maternity cover basis.
This role sits within a technically focused data environment supporting our Commercial Real Estate teams. The successful candidate will contribute to data extraction, quality assurance, and structured database maintenance activities that support revenue-generating projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
10. Supporting advanced data queries and structured “finds” within internal systems
11. Extracting and validating data from leases, rating lists, and third-party data sources
12. Maintaining high standards of data quality and tenure accuracy
13. Assisting with data ingestion from multiple streams, including client documentation and external vendors (e.g. Land Registry, CoStar, EGI Radius)
14. Processing legal documentation such as leases, freehold registers and rates information
15. Supporting revaluation project data preparation and ensuring live tenure accuracy
16. Working with AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency
17. Liaising with Surveyors, Operations and client-facing teams to verify information
18. Collaborating with the Hyderabad Data Extraction team to maintain governance standards
Requirements:
19. 6 GCSEs (grades 9–4 or A–C, or equivalent), including Maths
20. Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
21. Strong administrative and data-handling skills
22. Comfortable working with data and numbers
23. Strong attention to detail
24. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
25. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
