Responsibilities
* Managing a busy caseload of legal aid files with confidence and care
* Working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver practical, compassionate advice
* Preparing and progressing advocacy matters, negotiating outcomes that truly make a difference
* Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners to build strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and helping raise the profile of the team
Qualifications
* A qualified solicitor with experience in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters
* Someone who can manage their own files with minimal supervision
* Excellent client care skills and a genuine passion for family law
* Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively
* Exceptional communication skills, with a sensitive and client-focused approach to understanding needs and delivering the best possible outcome.
