Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and review electronic job sheets submitted via our internal platform.
* Interpret engineer notes and service reports for mechanical repairs and servicing.
* Source required parts and liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability.
* Compile and submit quotes to customers via online portals.
* Arrange follow-up visits for incomplete or ongoing repairs.
* Raise and issue invoices upon job completion.
* Maintain accurate records of job status and updates in the system.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Number of jobs processed daily.
* Total sales value invoiced.
* Number of jobs in Work in Progress (WIP).
* Number of Vehicle Off Road (VOR) jobs.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a service, maintenance, or repair environment (preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical job sheets.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Confident communicator with both engineers and customers.
* Comfortable using digital platforms and customer portals.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
