The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious chef looking to progress their career.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will support the day-to-day management of the kitchen, lead and motivate the team, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and consistency are maintained at all times.
You will also play an active role in menu development, contributing ideas and helping to create new dishes that reflect our commitment to fresh, local produce.

What We Offer
* Wednesday to Sunday working pattern
* 42-hour contract
* Salary starting from £30,000 (dependent on experience)
