Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Preparation of monthly accounting base data and supporting the preparation of the monthly management accounts
Preparation and distribution of weekly sales reporting
Processing invoices on internal systems
Maintaining capital expenditure records
Submitting routine ONS reports when requested
Assisting with customs declarations to ensure uninterrupted supply of imported finished goods and raw materials, What you will need to succeed:
Good understanding of IT systems and software. Proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance
Ability to prioritise and organise a large workload
Strong verbal and written communication skills and capable of explaining information simply information to Finance, Operational and other non-finance staff alike What you will receive in return:
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
