Position Details
* Location: Theobalds Park Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9BD
* Full-time – 40 hours per week (5 days)
* Salary: £29,120 per annum
* Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting management in delivering the highest standards of care and education.
* Collaborating with the Room Leader and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Contributing creative ideas to planning for high-quality learning and development.
* Liaising with staff regarding children’s specific needs and requirements.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
* Adhering to all nursery policies and procedures.
* Meeting health, safety, and environmental health requirements.
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
