Job Title: Head of Transformation
Location: Aston Clinton Office-based, 5 days/week
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Team Size: 4 Direct Reports Lead Project Manager, Optimisation Manager, Health & Safety Manager, Facilities Manager
Role Overview
Were looking for an exceptional Head of Transformation to lead strategic change and operational improvement across the business. Working as a trusted partner to the COO, this role goes beyond traditional PMO boundaries it's hands-on, high-impact, and crucial to our growth trajectory.
Youll be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation programmes, embedding structured governance, and creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across multiple business areas
* Establish and embed governance and delivery frameworks to ensure project success
* Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
* Develop operational strategies that align with commercial and business goals
* Manage competing priorities and ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration
* Drive accountability, track KPIs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
* Utilise data to inform decisions and improve business performance
* Champion cultural change and develop a performance-focused mindset across teams
* Act as the COOs strategic partner and sounding board for transformation efforts
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
* Strong commercial acumen and business insight
* Able to operate strategically while delivering tactically
* Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Structured and detail-oriented with a bias for action
* Resilient, decisive, and comfortable in high-pressure environments
* Experience in high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments preferred
* Comfortable leading change in complex, evolving settings
