Clancy Supervisors are our crucial entry level management positions and as the business grows, we need more qualified individuals to help support senior management and ensure operations are efficiently & effectively executed.
The Role:
As a Supervisor on the Scottish Water contract, you'll play a vital role in managing the daily operations of our plumbing teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality. You'll lead from the front—planning work, attending site meetings, managing risks, and supporting our teams to deliver against KPIs.
In this fast-paced environment, we'll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance, and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture'.
These are just a few of the activities you'll be involved in:
* Promote and drive continual improvement and innovative ideas
* Proactively manage schedules to minimise disruption and preventable mistakes
* Reduce aborts and re-work.
* Manage employee training and ensure that people are developed to make their best contribution
* Ensure all work complies with relevant H&S and environmental legislation
What you need to be successful
You will be an experienced supervisor with good all-round technical knowledge of networks and plumbing experience within the water industry.
