Electrical Supervisor – PPM Ltd

We're now looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical department.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be supporting and managing our team of electricians while making sure every job is completed safely, compliantly and to a high standard.
Your role will include:
* Supervising electrical works on site
* Overseeing compliance and Health & Safety standards
* Managing certification, paperwork and quality control
* Acting as our NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor
* Supporting and developing a mobile team of electricians
* Ensuring works are completed efficiently and professionally
* Being the technical go-to person for complex jobs and fault finding
This role offers a good balance of site supervision and office-based responsibilities, so strong organisational skills and confidence with paperwork are essential.
What We're Looking For
We need someone who:
* Has proven experience leading a team
* Is highly technical and up to date with current regulations
* Is confident managing compliance, certification and documentation
* Communicates clearly with operatives, management and clients
* Can prioritise workloads and keep jobs moving
* Takes pride in delivering quality work and great customer service
You'll need to be organised, practical, and confident making decisions. If you enjoy solving problems and keeping standards high, you'll fit right in.
Minimum Qualifications Required
* C&G / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations
* BS 7671 – 18th Edition
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent
* Previous experience as a NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor
