What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Leading the Strategic Marketing function and setting the vision for global market development.
* Driving structured idea generation and strategic market assessments to uncover new, differentiated opportunities.
* Developing and testing Quantified Value Propositions with Beta Site customers.
* Acting as the Voice of the Customer, engaging with key opinion leaders and user groups to shape future offerings.
* Leveraging emerging digital tools to enhance market segmentation, analysis, and adoption strategies.
* Presenting business cases and adoption strategies for new products.
* Identifying white space opportunities and developing market roadmaps with the potential to impact future revenue.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in global strategic marketing within a customer- and market-focused organisation. Experience in high-performance polymers or a related field is a strong preference.
* Strong digital acumen with a track record of integrating innovative tools into marketing practices.
* Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across global, cross-functional teams.
* Proven track record in driving and accelerating change.

* A human centred, inclusive leader with a track record in motivating your team.
* A marketing degree or equivalent is desirable; an MBA and professional memberships are a plus.
