This highly regarded Banking & Finance practice is seeking Solicitors at the Senior Associate/Partner level to join its fast growing team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role will involve team acting for both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of transactions and sectors including general corporate banking, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, housing finance, asset finance, energy and restructuring/refinancing. As part of the growth within this practice, the firm require people to specialise in corporate and transactional banking matters.
