CNC TURNER OPERATOR/SETTER MONDAY - THURSDAY: 07:30 – 16:00 & FRIDAY 07:30 – 15:00 PAY RATE: £17.00 PER HOUR (£34,476.00 Per Year when Permanent) People Solutions are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner Operator/Setter to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role is crucial for ensuring precision in the manufacturing process, and the successful applicant will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards. Benefits Holiday pay Opportunity to go permanent Early finish on Fridays No weekend work Excellent hourly rates Day to Day Duties Setting and operating 2 Axix CNC Lathes Working on Fanuc Controls Reading and interpreting Engineering drawings to BS/ISO Standards. Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments (Micrometres, Verniers etc.) Deburring parts using various hand tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling and machine operation. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
