ROLE OVERVIEW
We need a Compliance Paralegal who can take full ownership of data protection and information governance matters across Trinity Property Group, handling them accurately, diligently and within legislative timescales, without being micromanaged.
Youll be a pivotal part of our growing in-house legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal and acting as the main point of accountability for Subject Access Requests, GDPR compliance and data breach management across the organisation.
This is a role where detail matters and timelines are non-negotiable. Youll be trusted to manage your own workload and know when to escalate.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
This is a detailed, process-driven role that requires exceptional organisation, a sound understanding of UK data protection law and confidence working with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
You will need to balance multiple workstreams simultaneously, meet strict legislative deadlines and maintain meticulous records throughout.
You will be expected to take ownership of your responsibilities, identify issues early and provide clear, helpful guidance to colleagues, rather than simply processing requests in isolation.
