What You'll Do:
As our Receptionist, you will be the heartbeat of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team members
Managing emails and correspondence with a keen eye for detail
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Assisting with scheduling meetings and appointmentsWhat We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask
