Role of Senior CRM Executive
Reporting to the Senior CRM & Personalisation Manager, you will:
* Deliver the CRM & email marketing strategy, focusing on our customer and premium brand positioning, to drive sales and ROI
* Grow and nurture the email database, increasing customer engagement
* Help develop automated email marketing programs, creating streamlined, triggered customer journeys that drive sales and brand loyalty
* Build strong relationships with retail and brand marketing, ecommerce, creative and design teams, as well as the commercial teams and IT department
* Work with the wider digital & marketing team to deliver the CRM & email marketing calendar, planning activities supporting business objectives
* Ensure KPIs and marketing activities are measured, optimized, and developed to drive repeat sales
* Make data-driven decisions, identify new opportunities, and act on them—always being analytical with a focus on trading plans
* Ensure compliance with legislation such as GDPR in database and email marketing communications
