Overview
We are partnering with a leading independent spirits business seeking a passionate and commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and brand visibility across the North West region. This role offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious portfolio of premium spirits brands.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop key accounts within the Contemporary On-Trade, Prestige, and Premium sectors
* Increase distribution, visibility, and sales rate across the portfolio
* Build strong partnerships with key venues in the region
* Identify and create new business opportunities beyond existing accounts
* Meet KPIs such as cocktail menu placements, activations, and distribution growth
* Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and activations
Candidate Profile
* Experience in On-Trade sales in the North West, with a strong regional network
* Passion for spirits, whisky, and the On-Trade sector
* Energetic and relationship-oriented
* Commercially savvy with strong negotiation skills
* Ability to build long-term partnerships
* Self-motivated and opportunity-driven
