About the Role:
As the Head of Operations & Finance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial services while leading a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Director of Finance to drive transformational management and service delivery improvements.
Team Empowerment: Inspire and develop your team to adopt a collaborative approach, ensuring continuous learning and outstanding customer service.
Financial Oversight: Manage financial control, balance sheet integrity and operational cash flow management.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and oversee internal audits to maintain governance and accountability.
Community Engagement: Actively contribute to enhancing the lives of residents and the wider community, embodying the organization's values.To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
A strong background in financial management, particularly in a social housing or a regulated environment.
Excellent leadership skills and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.
