Package: £37,950 - £47,950 (dependent on suitability, qualifications, and experience)

Role Overview
AWE is recruiting a Training Co-ordinator within the Production & Operations Group.
This role suits someone passionate about learning and development, enthusiastic about facilitating growth, and committed to continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will organize and manage educational and training programs within a Business Unit (BU), supporting future manufacturing facilities and enhancing employee skills.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
* Experience in a regulated industry, preferably nuclear or Defence
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Creative problem-solving skills
You should work calmly in a changing environment, manage your workload, and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and deadline management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate training courses and programs
* Design and develop training content aligned with business needs
* Report on training assessments, attendance, and data
* Maintain and update training records in the management system
* Manage training bookings, ensuring value and relevance
* Coordinate logistics and security for training sessions
* Potentially develop role-based competencies and accreditation standards
* Maintain high standards in safety, environment, and quality; be a team player
Additional Responsibilities:
* Deliver training within the BU
* Respond to participant queries
* Collect and audit feedback and external provider effectiveness
* Perform other duties as required
