The Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. Based out of our LS11 office, the Marketing Analyst will play a key role in measuring campaign effectiveness, tracking customer behavior, and delivering insights that drive strategic decisions across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports, and present findings to key stakeholders.
* Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and other digital platforms.
* Work with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and growth initiatives.
* Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize marketing performance and ROI.
* Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform strategy.
* Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience working with paid media data (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and eCommerce platforms.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Experience in the beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry.
* Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar CRM/Email platforms.
* Understanding of A/B testing and customer segmentation strategies.
