Job: Social Media Marketing Assistant

My client is looking to strengthen its brand presence and client engagement through digital channels. They are now seeking a confident and motivated Social Media Marketing Assistant to take full ownership of their social media strategy and build their online presence from the ground up.
This is a sole role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys seeing the direct impact of their work, and is ready to shape something meaningful within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, launch, and manage the firm’s social media channels from scratch
* Develop and implement a clear social media strategy aligned with business goals
* Create engaging, professional, and compliant content tailored to a legal audience
* Plan and schedule posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and others as appropriate
* Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise content for growth
* Identify opportunities to promote services, thought leadership, and firm updates
* Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices within professional services
* Ensure all content aligns with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines
About You
* Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
* Confident working independently in a sole role
* A genuine self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
* Strong written communication skills with a professional and adaptable tone
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* An interest in or experience with professional services is an advantage
* Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business
