Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven graduate to join our team, with a focus on Talent Management and HR Communications. Working closely with the Talent Management team, HR Business Partners and various HR COEs, this role will support the delivery of various talent initiatives and internal and external communications that enhance employee development, engagement and aligning across the branch and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management Support:
• Coordination and implementation of talent management activities (local and global), such as performance management, succession planning and talent reviews, and career development initiatives
• Contribution to talent strategy and initiative e.g. skill-based organisation project
• Assist with planning and executing engagement campaigns and culture initiatives
HR Communications:
• Implement all HR communications (both internally and externally), with HR COEs, Communications team in London and Head Office whenever necessary
• Manage and communicate the yearly calendar of HRE events/campaigns/initiatives
• Support the draft and publication of all HR communications including internal newsletter, communications/ invitations/ announcements, HR intranet, social media posts
• Support the promotion of key initiatives (e.g. DE&I, learning and development opportunities)
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all HR channels and materials in compliance with regulatory and organisational standards; identify ways to enhance the reach and engagement of audience
• Collaborate with the broader HR team to improve communication flow and employee experience
• Research, prepare, propose and potential submit for HRE recognition awards application
General HR Support:
• Provide administrative support for HR projects, meetings and reporting as required
• Support presentation and communication materials, gathering and analysing HR data for reporting and insights as assigned
• Assist in organising internal events when necessary

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
Academic qualification / Speciality
* University Graduate with interest in HR and communications
Required skills
* Proactive nature with a real "can do" attitude and ability to adapt in a fast changing environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences
* Proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with HR systems or communication platforms (e.g. intranet tools, social media tool)
* High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Effective time management skills
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Creative, proactive, organised and eager to learn
Technical skills required
* MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint, intranet tools)
