Cover Supervisor – NN8 Area £90 – £120 per day Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available We are currently seeking confident, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools in the NN8 area. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement The Ideal Candidate Has previous experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred) Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills Is confident leading a classroom independently Is adaptable, professional, and organised Qualifications are desirable but not essential. Relevant degrees, teaching qualifications, or education-based training are advantageous.
