Do you have experience working with the Schedule of Rates, in particular NHF 6.2 and above, and experience working on homes and maintenance works?

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tenders, preparing price summaries from Schedules of Rates, produce specifications and create CAD scheme drawings based on Occupational Therapists recommendations. This will be an office-based role with site visits into London.
