Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hatfield for a Bid Designer & Manager. The Bid Manager will support during the bid process by working with our interior designers to create compelling visual pitch content, evaluating and designing bid proposals, coordinating bid submissions, developing bid strategies, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements. There will be scope in future to develop this into a bigger team as the organisation grows.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Graphic Design and proposal writing
* Experience in Bid Management and Bid Coordination
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Project Management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Experience in the commercial interiors or construction industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
