Full time hours on a temporarybasis
* We are seeking a skilled Legal Officer to provide expert legal advice and prepare documentation across a range of residential property matters. You’ll manage cases from inception to post-completion, including registration where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare legal documents and advise on: Right to Buy, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, licences for alterations, Discount Market Sale, Private Sector Leasing, certificates of compliance, and routine acquisitions.
o Handle all aspects of property transactions from start to finish.
o Manage mortgage creation/discharge and support title investigations and registrations.
o Assist senior lawyers and contribute to team development.
o Provide services to partner organisations as required.
