We are keen to appoint a Junior Online Trading Manager to our Ecommerce team to focus on our international operations and support us in achieving our short, medium, and long-term eCommerce objectives.
What you'll be doing
Your duties and responsibilities as Junior Online Trading Manager will include:
* Managing the day-to-day trade operations of Hobbs.com
* Updating and maintaining planning documents for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising
* Maintaining and optimising the on-site customer journey for all devices and customer groups in line with business goals and trading plans
* Ensuring all key products and categories are communicated effectively to maximise sales
* Managing promotional setup including campaigns, source codes, and coupon codes
* Using website analytics to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements
* Working closely with the digital marketing team to identify trading opportunities across channels
* Managing, motivating, and developing two direct reports
What you need:
To be successful as Junior Online Trading Manager, you should have previous experience in a trading role within an online retail business, with some exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will be highly analytical, commercially driven, and proficient in Excel. The role suits a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
