Job Description
Reed Finance are seeking a Finance Business Partner who is adept at driving performance and managing multiple stakeholders across various functions, to join our client's team on a 3-month interim basis. This role requires a professional with significant experience in financial management, capable of supporting and challenging senior stakeholders without direct staff management responsibilities.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Partner with senior stakeholders across enabling functions such as HR, Finance, Compliance, and Commercial to drive financial performance and strategic investments.
* Manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, adapting communication styles to suit different levels of financial competence.
* Consolidate and interpret financial data from various systems into a coherent and digestible format for decision-making.
* Provide actionable insights and options for function-specific investments.
* Lead process improvements and system integrations to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
* Operate independently at a senior level, managing relationships with interesting and diverse characters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner within a PLC organisation.
* Qualified accountant or equivalent financial qualifications.
* Strong systems knowledge, with the ability to consolidate and interrogate data from different systems.
* Excellent relationship-building skills, with enough gravitas to support and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
